Our Leadership

David Turner

Dave is a Senior Automation Engineer, IT Developer, and System Administrator with over 18 years of experience in the field of IT. He’s been a dedicated RMM administrator since 2013. He has presented technical sessions at Kaseya Connect and developed code and processes for Webroot and multiple TAP partners. Some of his processes have been adopted by RMM’s into their pro services and operational practices. He’s got years of MSP and Fortune 500 enterprise experience. Dave is an expert RMM, SQL, C# .NET, PowerShell, Batch, API integrations, IT process automation, and IT application development.

Mohit Makkar

Mohit is an astute professional with around 12+ years of experience in client servicing and project management. He is certified RMM Administrator, ConnectWise Service Manager and Autotask Champion. He is responsible for Service Delivery, Service Strategy and Continual Service. He is proficient in analyzing, strategizing and resolving account problems and issues for the clients. With his passion to learn and explore products, tools, and understanding of the market he has an ingrained talent in developing effective customized business solutions.
